They are vet rewards, some are in booter packs and others are recipes. It depends on what ones you are looking for.

Wiki needs updating to add the mutant pack wings in there. (Think I can do that, at least add them. Let someone else make it pretty.)
Free:
Costume drops. (Listed on the wiki. Bat, cherub, bone, burned, tech, fairy, insect, draconic.)
Vet reward (15 month) : Angel, Demon
Booster:
Mac pack: Valkyrie / Valkyrie Armored (no, you don't need a mac for it.)
Mutant: Organic Armor
