Quiet - just time of day, or other reason

Hi, returning player. Subbed, bought GR and downloaded the client. Logged in to Union and had a look at the list of people looking for group - I was shocked to see that it was in the region of around 40. I know there are a number of people who avoid showing up, but even still, that seems to be an incredibly low number to me (granted, its currently 4am, but still, with a massive expansion I'd expect a huge number of people at all times)

Is it like this normally, or is there a huge surge likely in a few hours when people get out of their sleeping chariots. If not, I can forsee me buying a NA version of GR and moving to somewhere like Virtue.

First off, welcome to union.

4am is a pretty quiet time tbh, i've been known to be up at that time due to not sleeping very well and normally i hop on a toon that can solo or badgehunt them pesky badges that i miss during the day due to tfs and such.

I'd also highly recommend joining the main 3 chat channels also which are as follows:

Sals Badgehunters
Union TaskForce
Union Chat

The first is for badge related questions/randon tfs/events, the second is mainly tf related and the 3rd is a random chat one for when you just want to chill with the population. Theres always a handful of people on in these channels at any given time too.

With GR now here during peak times we're getting well over 200+ people listed in sals and thats not counting the hidden people.

So really don't be put off be what you've witnessed at 4am, we're a pretty good bunch and if you ever need a hand with anything shout in any of those channels or if its during the day/evening give me a shout on @Nightshade and if im not on a tf or something similar i'll be glad to help
