Thats sounds exactly whats happening to me. are the graphics also showing that the webpage cannot be viewed. I have been getting DNS errors on all the pages save for the NCsoft home page.
Maybe we are having the same issue. Mu Launcher is doing the same thing
the launcher is just has a blue backround all it has is the connection # in the bottom left corner, so our problems are similar, i heard there was a thread that helped but it expired so any help would be appreciated
But all my other launchers are working fine for other games.

Mine too. Hopefully Ill get a responce from Support soon and Ill post what they say here so it might help you too. Sorry you are having this issue, I know how frustrating it is.
Usually, this works for me if I get the countup crud. I wait, and if it gets to 10, I quit and staart again. Usually it takes only a few tries then logs right in.
