Arbiter Rein in grand is where you start that arc.
OK, theres a plaza with the fortunata outside it in the middle of grandville.
From there go north and enter the big building, that takes you to a grand room with statues of the signature villains and Arbiter rein who introduces them
Theres a door on the left at the far end of the hall
Go through that door and enter a corridor, go right when you can and enter the elevator
that takes you to the room with all the patrons
If you end up staring at a massive portal you've gone the wrong way

Thank you, both. Was getting a bit confused in that building. Should not be too much of an issue now that I know I have to talk to Rein first (and whatever contact he makes me do before that).
For now, though, time for bed. I can actually do my first arc as a Villain Scrapper tomorrow.
11 months of all-nighters, messy feeding sessions, bath fighting and realizing just how good my son's lungs work, and I am still convinced he is the crowning accomplishment in my life. What in the blue HFIL is wrong with me?
Just as a quick point.
I Like Ghost Widows arc, and as a Scrapper you should be completely fine.
But just as a tip, you can do any patron arc and it will unlock all of the patron power pools regardless of which patron arc you did.
Generally speaking, Black Scorpion's arc is the fastest and easiest overall.
wait if you go vigilante, can you do the ghost widow arc? I wasn't sure if I had to go the full spectrum or not.
pretty sure you do have to convert all the way

And I have no idea how to actually reach Ghost Widow to run her patron arc. Mostly because I am not sure which building to navigate to reach her. Newb question, I know, but I have never been in Grandville before and realized this place is a pain (especially for a non-flier).
Directions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
