Online purchases automatically apply to the account you sign into while making the order. You should have GR fully active on your main account. Have you checked to see if you can create a praetorian?
[edit: i assume you mean pre-purchased through the ncsoft store, if not please tell us where you ordered]

If you pre-ordered, you would have done so from a third-party retailer (NCSoft only did pre-purchases), and you would have to pick up the box from the store, or have it delivered to you.

Yeah, I had "pre-purchased" GR, and didn't bother checking to see if I already had it added before posting my question here. It was updating (an hour!) while I was trying to figure out how to add it.
