It keeps saying you cant send 150 messages in a day and I never sent any where close to that. What gives?

I cant send any emails to myself or my husband and we have never ever emailed anyone in game ever.
WTH?

Make sure your using global names not character names. If you are and its giving the same message I got then its the same issue.

I have the same problem. I sent the petition yesterday and got the email that they were escalating the ticket. 24 hrs later, I still can not use email.

I sent in a petition 2 days ago and still have only recieved one e-mail saying it was escalated up the ladder. Still in the same boat(cant send) and still no response other than the booting it up the ladder to someone else.

Anybody else still having issues wiht their ingame e-mail not working. I was told to try it after the patch on 8-26 by support, but i still get the same message of "150 per day".
