Can anyone confirm that server transfers are indeed unlimited?

I didn't want to post this at all, but I can't really leave it any more. When I transfer a character, it tells me that I have six tokens left (now three). Has anybody successfully transferred more than six times? If so, how does it work? Do you get given six more tokens once your first six are used up?
I can get by happily on six transfers, and would be grateful for them. I just want to know how many I've got so I can transfer accordingly. Thanks in advance.
