i need some help..

i just bought the going rouge complete collection and it works fine up until i finish creating a character and try to enter the tutorial.....at which point it then does nothing for about 5 minutes then goes to the loading screen for the tutorial and then sends me back to the log in page does anyone have any ideas of how i can fix this?

ooh and i was running the game in safe mode

Half a gigabyte of memory is going to be rough - really rough. And your video chip is going to be trying to use that memory, too. Turn off everything you can. No email program, no instant messaging, no little programs to tell you it's raining outside, no web browsers... you want the bare minimum.

Well, for one thing your version of xp is only service pack 2. You should upgrade to service pack 3 for added safety though it will do nothing for you being able to play the game.

But honestly with that video card and that amount of ram it is unlikely you will ever be able to play the game even in safe mode. It's possible that if you make a hero (in the hero zone not in Praetoria) then you might be able to load the tutorial. The hero tutorial is the oldest and most visually simple starting zone and I've seen threads a couple years ago where somebody with a low end video card and virtually no ram was able to load and play in the tutorial but not enter the city.

I really wish NCSoft would make it clear on both their website and their boxes that in order to play the game well you need a computer capable of playing Crysis. This is really not a game for low end or even mid range systems.
