GR item Pack purchase problem

The Store is back up! Yay!

*runs to buy the complete collection item pack

*only sees the EU version ......

I'm living in Italy but play on the US servers so I'm used to having to click the extra button to buy the booster packs but this time I don't see one(there is one for the whole digital complete collection). This leads me to 2 questions:

1. Is this a bug in the store? (I really don't expect the players to know this but this but I am really curious)

2. Will the EU GR item pack work with a US version of the Game?


With all the issues they have been having with the store I suspect it is just a bug or oversight but ya never know.


(and sorry if this is somewhere already. I never have gotten the hang of searching on these forums)

The EU version pack serial code should be able to normally apply to your NA account and give you all the benefits properly.

Does not, actually.

EU codes can only be used on EU accounts, US codes can only be used on US accounts.

However, it is worth noting that EVERY EU item page on the NC Store seems to have a link that says "US version also available". That link should take you to the US version for purchase.

Erm, no they don't I'm afraid. Most Boosters (including the GR Expansion and Item Pack) have been missing them for a couple of months now. The GR Complete Edition has one though.

No idea why they got stripped, it's never been officially explained by any community mod what we're supposed to be doing.

The Store is also playing silly buggers on me again as the us.ncsoft.com domain has become invalid for me again and the cert is coming back as invalid due to it pointing to the wrong Domain Name.

Shambolic mess would be an adequate description of NCSofts store I think.

Quite odd though, the Going Rogue expension works on the 'select the account' system, while the 'Going Rogue complete pack' has seperate US and EU links.

The Item Pack isnt working here.
It says (Europe) Item Pack clicky, when i click it and it ask me wich account, it only shows my US account.
Please select the City of Heroes® account you would like to apply this upgrade to.

However, f i select the Going Rogue Expension clicky, it does show my US and EU account.

Also, all boosters say (europe) in the title, but they all use the 'select account to upgrade' system. Cant they just remove the (Europe) and replace by (multi-region) or something? Is is the Combined Edition that has a wrong name:

I just wish a Redname would come along and give us definitive answers, maybe a Sticky Post somewhere to explain how it is intended to work.

Hmmm... seems I've opened a small can of worms.

Well, because it was only $7 and I figured I'd be able to get it back from NCsoft ( a man can have hopes and dreams can't he?) I used SinergyX's much appreciated link and applied that pack to my account. It worked fine. Thanks for the help on this guys. I do hope they fix it to make it clearer which ones work for which and have links for all.
