Same thing happened to me. I really would like to redeem my slot so I can so I can get into GR.
Looks like troubles with the character storage: I've seen other reports of characters not being deleted, and server transfers (no, not the free unlimited ones) not going through.
Yup, we are having this problem also.
I imagine they will get this sorted out pretty quickly.

I opened a support ticket to make them aware of the issue. I suggest everyone experiencing the problem do the same.

I'm having a similar issue. I purchased some character slots today, and last time I checked I didn't have the option to redeem them. Where the "Redeem Slot" button would be, I still have "Buy Additional Slots". On my NC Master Account page, they show up as having been paid for, but I still don't see them. I also bought some slots yesterday, and they showed up to be redeemed instantly then. I imagine it has to do with how busy the server is, but I hope that gets sorted out soon.
