There'll be another big influx tomorrow that'll last 30 days until their free time from the GR box runs out. Population will dip again in October, but will have definitely picked up some more longer-term players.
As one of the two most active servers I imagine that until people get their fill of CoH again this will be the norm.
*hopes and prays it's Freedom that gets the influx from low pop servers and not us*

Actually, given the fistful of server upgrades they've had over the years, this could actually be the fullest the servers have been since launch.
Do we know how much more capacity the current servers have over the originals?
Quite a bit ubers. On the other hand, it's totally possible they tweaked the maximum concurrent users down for the first couple days of Going Rogue to make sure the servers don't DIAF.
