No, it was originally tested on just Tankers then spread to Scrappers and Brutes once it was determined it wasn't ZOMGBROKED.
When it goes live all 3 ATs will get the FE, Burn and Consume changes.
Blasters get the Consume and Burn changes but Doms keep the old FE.

I´m confused, several people told me that the FE change was for all AT`s but in that guide thingy its listed as tanker only?
