I respeced my brute on test into superior conditioning and physical perfection and dropped 3 lvl 50 end mod IO's into each. This is the result:
Live version - 110 end; recovery of 3.22%/sec (3.55 end/sec)
Test version - 119.95 end; recovery of 3.57%/sec (4.29 end/sec)

Err...wait, you don't have a quiet, happy place do you? It's more of a irritable, annoyed, happy place where everyone gets off your lawn. You seem to be squarely in the middle of it, carry on then.

You know, been thinking of what this all is going to mean for the market.
On one paw, there's going to be less incentive to pay more then, say, 30 mill for a set recipe. But it might also lead to more people hording merits and making less rolls, which might drive up some prices due to lower availability. And it's also going to cut down on people getting major paydays to fund IO'ing out their other characters, like getting a level 20 numina proc dropping...
