Can't purchase from the NCsoft Store?

i had the same problem, i went to add game time to my other account via paypal, and got the same message and then found that my paypal account had been limited because of the transaction!
so now i cant even use it till paypal fix it,
was the website also not displaying properly for you?
No the website was displaying fine as far as I can tell.
i have not been able to get the website to display properly since the weekend, on either my pc or my partners pc, both on different isp, so no idea whats wrong,
So this link doesn't take you to the store?

OK my style sheets are coming from us.ncsoft.com, also a number of background images for the main interface. Since you're in Dublin (I assume not the one in Ohio, US) I'm guessing it's a problem with the EU version of the store. Couldn't tell where the other two guys are from.

If I attempt to follow the City of Heroes link on the page I get a Network problem with : http://us.ncsoft.com/en/city-of-heroes
Doing a "wget http://us.ncsoft.com/en/city-of-heroes" on my Linux console gives me a name resolution error :
Resolving us.ncsoft.com... failed: Name or service not known.
So it looks like a DNS issue for anyone over this side of the pond.

Maybe a hosts entry can temporally act as a work around?

And the idiots still haven't fixed the fact that us EU folk who play on the US Servers still cannot see a Purchase link for the correct version of Going Rogue on the site. All I can see is the EU version. Of course every other item listed gives a link for the US versions.
*sigh*
Isn't there some sort of limit on how much a person can spend at the NCSoft store in a certain amount of time? I think it's supposed to cut down on fraudulent transactions.... Sorta like the "you can only withdraw $300 a day from the ATM" rule.

Yesterday I made several attempts at prepurchasing the GR expansion. Each and every time I received this response: "We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners." (Note that the "retail partners" link takes me back to the same page I just tried to purchase from.)
Following the instructions I waited until this morning and received the same exact message. To further complicate things I was allowed to purchase the "Mutants" booster earlier this evening, but when I tried to purchase the "Martial Arts" booster I, again, received a message saying my order could not be accepted?
