Not that I'm aware of, short of doing it the old fashioned way and tallying votes as they're posted in a thread. You might use some external polling site, if there are such things, and link it in your thread. Not sure if that'd work or if its allowed though.
There is a way to create polls in vBulletin. I just checked, and it is disabled on this particular forum.
