powerboost + phase+ ra - hibernate will make you a as target for every stalker (i am guessing rv pvp) plus powerboost affects your control powers and the sheild is a resistance sheild - ice is not.
I am respecing my ill/rad troller for zone pvp and was wondering if there was a specific epic pool that should be taken. I was leaning toward ice for hibernate. Any opinions?
