I stopped when I saw Kinetic Combats in an SR build. You may have a reason, but I can't think of it. You can easily softcap all positional Def on a SR scrapper, so those are unnecessary (IMO).

Try finding room for a full set of Gaussian's (focused accuracy works great), keep the Steadfast +3%, and fool with the numbers until you have softcap. I usually six slot my toggles with one LotG 7.5% and five Red Fortune, then three slot the passives with LotG. That gets close enough that six slot weave and maybe an extra slot in combat jumping should put you over the 45% mark.

My advice would be take another pass and forget about typed defense on a SR.

Character Creator you have a data chunk you can add? Cuz I can't click on the link to open the build for some reason.

Also, Duece is right. Not only is typed defense not what you want for /SR, those are really really expensive.
