If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Just someone pointing out the obvious part of your initial post and how it doesn't relate to the forums.

Maybe the man wanted to see if anyone else was having the same problem? But I am sure things like that never cross a great mind like yours

I say contact customer support since that's what it said to do...
Also, note that every question I have asked CS has been answered. Even the dumb ones I ask that should be easy to figure out.
They will help you, but the players on the forums can't.
