Old Build Need Help Tweaking
The most efficient way to add positional defense is to slot attacks for defense bonuses. Most of your attacks are slotted with purples, which really limits what can be done to increase defense past where it is now. Are you willing to give up some of the purples and their bonuses to be able to soft-cap melee and ranged def?

I had a little tinker with your build and came up with this, unfortunately i had to lose a couple of purples and relocate some slots, unfortunately it also includes the ridiculously expensive Gladiator Armour +3% def to achieve the soft cap on all 3 M/R/AOE. I'm sure this build can be vastly improved whilst still keep a few of your purple sets included, hope it helps.

Hello everyone,
I had a friend make a build for me a long time ago and im dusting off my brute now, but since the Blessing of the Z change, this toon is less effective. Im not a numbers person, so im wondering if people could help me get the most out of this build. I am willing to change the Patron, but looking to be sofcapped to Melee/Range, im not sure if AOE matters.
Please help me get the best, without sacrificing 2 much.
