Soulbound: Chance for Build up

Is the Soulbound: Chance for Build up proc any good these days? Specifically, I am considering using it in the Fire Imps. Does it work? Is it a minor damage buff? Major damage buff? Thanks!

Yes, the proc is good especially in Fire Imps and Phantom Army. Each of the three critters has a 16.6% chance to trigger a build-up, and the build-up will then apply to all three critters. I'm not sure of the amount of buff, but it is noticeable.

I have noticed, on ym Mastermind atleast, that the Proc can also affect you when you cast the power its in. Obviously, thats not very often, but hey, its something.

I think it's almost essential on PA and fire imps. It's amazing how often it goes off.

Thanks for the replies. I'm sold on it for my my Fire/Rad. Respec # bajillion coming up! I might even squeeze it in on my Illusion/Empath.
