Other than it being a standard "building block" building at a similar angle to the old Cryptic logo, not really. Am I missing something?

You see, this is the advertising department's first step into actually getting CoH face time on the television. They only had to pay five bucks to get this publicity!
All joking aside, that does look similar to the logo. Pretty neat find.
I was at a friend's place earlier today and I saw this on the TV as a news show called City View was starting - I thought something about it looked kind of familiar... Does anything about it look familiar to you?
