No official word about when the vets are getting into the beta. Only thing you can do is wait and see really...
The only time frame offered was that they would be part of one of the waves. And not necessarily the first wave.

Also on the front page there's the Let me get this straight thread which deals with Beta access, and the second page there's No Pre-order = no GR beta?, and so on down the list.
Just about every single page has at least one question with somebody asking or demanding I met one of the tiers that the developers mentioned in the past, why am I not in Beta yet?
Well, there's really only three places to go for the answer.
The Developer Digest, that tracks all of the posts from the developers.
The Community Digest, which tracks all of the posts from the Community rep people.

As with everything else that has happened in the game, it's probably going to be there first.

But yeah, meeting one or more of the criteria for a closed beta invite does not guarantee that you'll get in first. Not only are there many others who have the same status, but invites are also prioritized by things like whether the people being invited are to test an area of the game they're known for being very experienced with, how helpful they've been in past betas, and other criteria known only to the Devs.
There's no way to say for sure when someone will get a closed beta invite. (Although Arcanaville getting an early invite is basically a given.
) Based on past closed betas you see will forums for the closed beta in the main forum list once you get your invite even if the invite email itself is lost. (For the i17 closed beta my invite ended up in the spam folder and i didn't even realize i'd gotten the invite for some time.) Check your email, check the boards, and eventually you should get in.

It doesn't matter how many months you've been playing.
It doesn't matter if you completed the Loyalty program.
And it doesn't matter if you pre-purchased the game.
You may have qualified for just one or all three requirements and still not get invited to the Going Rogue closed beta.
If your account isn't in good standing you aren't getting into any closed beta.
No one here can tell you if you've been black listed.
Furthermore, the devs can deny all of us access until the very last minute before switching over to open beta. They never said how much time we'd have access to closed beta, just that (those of us with accounts in good standing who met the requirements) we'd be invited before it closed.
Edit: Oh and whining about not getting is believed on the forums to be a sure way to get yourself taken off the list. Personally I don't know if that's true.
