TpFoe suppression.
The phase period granted is 0.75 seconds. Long-animating attacks won't matter because the hit roll (or the check whether the target is phased) happens at the beginning of the animation and not the end. If you're doing something like AS or a snipe, then it could work if the target doesn't break line of sight, since the hit roll for interruptible powers happens as the animation's finishing.

thank you very much.

Basically they removed TP Foe from ever being useful in pvp just like they removed Kins and Def Shields and Res Shields and Heals and Cages and Mez and Slows and AOE from being useful.
yea, but Boostrange and tp foe makes for some good Demon Mastermind killing... 400+range before DR, snow stormed pets and a snipe awaiting for after the phase drops works wonders.

if you make an MM for PvP you should spend that 200 bil.
Does anyone know what is the exact length of phase granted by TpFoe when they victim(target) re-appears??
And if you start a long animation attack like Total Focus does the damage caused hit at the time of the activation or when the animation finishes??
Basically if I TP foe someone and hit TF would the animation time out last the phase time is what i'm after... oh and same question with snipe etc etc...
