Frustrating. Especially when you consider how I actually renewed just so I could make my toons have fancy new glowmaps on them.
How long would you say is 'a few days', give or take?
It usually just takes 24 hours. Wait till around this time tomorrow, and you should be able to do it. If you can't then, consider putting a support ticket for the issue.
Tried again just now, still failed. Bleh!
I don't think I've ever contacted support before. Do I just send them an e-mail or what?
Use one of the options on the NCSoft Website (Web-based or Email).

I don't know if this is true. Just last week, I re-activated my main account, bought the mutant pack for it, re-activated my second account, bought the science and natural booster for that; and then accidentally purchased the wedding pack for it too (which I had already had on it). It would have been nice if it did cut me off from buying the last pack. Anyway, back to the point, if there is a limit, it's more than 6 transactions.

In some locations NCsoft has an exclusive distribution agreement with a local game sales company. If you are from one of those locations then you can only buy the game and boosters through that particular dealer even if they don't carry or have any intention of carrying the boosters. You can pay subscriptions costs through the account but that's it. I don't know if Estonia is one of those areas but that might be the problem.
In some cases though using a proxy server to make your ip appear to be in North America works.

I've bought all the other boosters before this one with no issues.
Currently waiting for my problem to be 'escalated' or something. Might give that proxy thing a try.

This comes up constantly, though using the search will only let you know the store kind of sucks.
People have logged out and logged back in, waited, called tech support, etc, etc, jumped through hoops of fire...
I mean, what's the deal with the store? I've never, ever heard of a store of any kind having so many difficulties.

I am having the exact same problem you are only I'm in the United States. I tried getting a hold of customer service and was left on hold for over half an hour. I just gave up on them at that point based not only on that but their abysmal reputation. I've been trying for the past 11 days to get this stupid booster and at this point I only want it because they won't give it to me. Honestly... I've never had such a hard time giving money away.

I just keep getting this error. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this and how I could fix it or what I should do/who I should contact?
Weird thing is that I just renewed my subscription just fine using the same credit card, and it's definitely not spent for the month yet.
