Mission Question
Blasphemy is what that is.
I'm often saying that as well. "Yay,not a kill-all." The minions and lieutnents aren't worth my time. Sure i like to smash, but eventually, fighting 30 groups that are exactly the same will bore me. The named bosses, Ebs and Avs on the other hand, i'd gladdly make a kill-all. (Like the Viridient mission against the Council. You're allowed to beat only one EB, but i akways beat the 6 of them)
To get back to your Conan quote. Does Conan stops on his way to fighting powerfull warriors to make sure he kill every single peseants, livestocks, house animals and plants? Nah, totally not worth it.

But if they dare to fire upon me with thier weapons, do I not owe them the courtesy of engaging them in battle? Should I not educate them that taking up arms against me is a foolhardy, nay SUICIDAL practice? I have a reputation in the Isles to uphold, after all.
I do have a difficult time passing up just one more little pixellated pinata. After all, you never know what salvage or recipe might fall out until you open them up.
Would Conan not punch a peasant into the next week if said peasant tried to hit him with a shovel at him, no matter how poorly aimed or weakly swung?
Hmm...the logic is infallible. I agree. Conan would crush a peasant for any reason.
But only if said peasant got in his way.
If Conan had to climb the tower to get the <item> and got it without needing to go into a side-antchamber, then he wouldnt. He got the objective(s) and bugs out leaving the other peasants to face their bosses when they arrive and find the <item> gone.
And if it happens all the time (repeat missions from many different Villains) then the bosses would be sooooo angry THEY would attack/kill the lowly peasants and turn to Villainy, thereby increasing the number of Villains vs Heroes and making our fight against Long Bow much much easier.

And well, i find it extremely frustrating to search everywhere into an empty map to find the one enemie that managed to stay hidden. Granted that doesn't happen now with the white star on the map, but it used to happen.

Greetings, Fellow Brutes!
I tried this thing where you invite a fellow ne'er-do-well onto a mission with you and had the strangest experience. While he was an excellent conversationalist, he made a statement (that I barely overheard o'er the sound of the most glorious SMASH, but I digress) that puzzled me.
"At least this isn't a Kill-All."
What nonsense. What Poppycock!
All missions are "Kill-All", are they not? Isn't the purpose of life to SMASH your enemies, to see them herded beneath your SMASH and to hear the lamentaions of thier women?
"not a Kill-All" Indeed.
Pfft!
