Can't Download Anything from VidiotMaps?

I had the same problem, so I grabbed it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mappacki17/
(I didn't use their installer, I just manually extracted it myself since I don't trust 'em anyways 
)

I've used the VidiotMaps Map Overlay for a few years now. I currently have installed the version dating back to Issue 15, and decided it was time to update to the newer Issue 17 version. Except, every time I try to download it from the VidiotMaps web site, it says that I do not have permission to download? I'm not a member, but I've never had trouble downloading the Map Overlay file before...
