Golgi in Lingering Radiation?

Hi,

Usually I would have made this test myself, but since EU test server is restricted to beta testers, I can't...

So, my question is: will sloting Lingering Rad. with Golgi Exposure increase -Regen?
I thought it would, since Mids says slotting Drain Psyche in Healing increase -Regen effect, but Mids also says that sloting Lingering Rad. with Golgi doesn't increase -Regen effect.

Anyone has the answer?

Edit: Question is the same for Benumb, Heat Exhaustion... but I presume answer is the same also.

I'm quite sure Drain Psyche's -Regen is enhanceable because it has enhanceable +Regen. They are actually the same effect, so it's either both of them enhanceable or neither. Benumb and LR have their Regen values set to unenhanceable.
