Yep that is definitely Android 18 in that pic. Wow I was able to get that from your HBAS without seeing a ref and without you knowing what you were drawing either.
Sadly this can only mean your drawings are actually getting less horrible over time... you may want to work on that.

Dark Ether is using an avatar of Puss In Boots, from Dreamwork's Shrek series. Having never seen any of the Shrek movies, I tried to find a good quote from Puss to use for this "art".
The quote I found was from Shrek 2, when he says, "Whatever happens... I must not cry. You cannot make me cry... ", and then proceeds to break down and cry.
I figured that crying would be an apropriate reaction to seeing this.
