confuse is another group
placate is another group
so let's say I'm dueling sum1 w/ my fire/elec dom..I do BU,char,thunderstrike,havoc punch, than spam ranged attacks..how long would I have to wait b4 I do flashfire?
Tstrike and char will cause suppression for flashfire.
and there is 8 seconds of supression before I can stun em again right?
how long is the suppression between mezzes?
