Need MA/SR build please

Cheap as dirt and not even finished build I just cranked out. Goodish rech and capped on positional [obviously.]
Slotting is suggestions, and since I decided I'd not finish it I used six slots in the def toggles. I'm way over on ranged, but the Red Fortune endurance might be cheaper than getting a generic IO.
Both sets are really basic. I don't do CAK. Respecced into it and right back out on my first 50. And I took Focus Chi way too late. Take all the def in the SR, obviously. Arguably, you could skip the AoE def, but, hey, it's SR, get it all.

I'm starting to purposefully not make full builds or in the correct order so that the owner will make their own toon.
Just looking for pure DPS with some survival!
I know this, it is a theme toon but i want the best i can get out of it tho.
That is why i came here to enlist the aide of those who knows the ins and outs of the scrapper and these 2 builds.
I have most of the SR abilitys now. But i am unsure how i should slot this at 50. I wont be useing purples but i do intend to sink 200 to 300 infl into this if it works out.
He is a ninja mutant i made when the ma booster came out.
Okay, here's a quick build for you...Hasten 5.8seconds off of perma. Softcapped defenses. Storm Kick - CAK - Storm Kick - Crane Kick - Repeat for when you want DPS (when Hasten is active). Could probably make it even better, but was going pretty quick on it...

Here's my MA / SR's build.
I've got everything on it except for the Steadfast +3% DEF, which I'm working on. If that doesn't happen, I'll switch Force Feedback for Oblitertion on Dragon's Tail and slot 3 DEF on Weave vs 1 END and 2 DEF as a poor second choice to get my Melee DEF to (almost) softcap. I'm not crazy about that as it basically flip flops AoE and Melee, but as I spend most of my time in melee range and AoEs are generally less damaging than melee attacks its probably the smarter disposition. I suppose if I did that I would move Force Feedback into Crane Kick and dump Kinetic Crash altogether as its the weaker of the two options and I don't need the KB protection.

Here is an expensive build. I have solo'ed without insp or temps the minor AV's like Chimera, Manticore, etc. Great in PVE, just not a farmer as he has the one AoE.
I take Eagles Claw over CaK because it looks cooler and with a high recharge does slightly better dps on my calculations on the pylon
Again not cheap, probably have put over 20 billion in this build throughout the years.

I like the extra survivability of the American Dynamo build and the frankenslotting is nice to see, but do you feel that you are doing enough damage with that slotting?
My last respec I sacrificed some damage output for more HP and + resistance.
He usually run mishes +4/+4. If I want more baddies then +3/+6, but with only one AoE, I can survive, but just takes too long.
I usually avg. around 166 dps which is nothing compared to DM and other arch's but I think is solid for MA.
I took some good advice on these forums and began slotting more for HP's and damage resistance for survivability and currently am at 1952 hp's which again for MA I think is solid but ymmv

I've always opted for a more aggressive, damaging build for Hype as statistically the shorter the engagement the less likely an opponent will get in a hit...or put a different way I don't want to give them too much time to try to beat the odds so I beat them down as fast as I can.
I'm definitely not disparaging the build, it's tight. It's just got a different focus than what's been successful for me. If I had the spare influence I'd try to put it together on my 2nd build just to try it out, but alas that's a pricey spec you've got there.
Yet another build I just whipped up this morning. Again ... no Hasten, no Fighting Pool ... but built to exemplar to levels 24+ with ease. Offensive combat power improves dramatically between exemplar levels 24 and 28. NO GET HITSU level power is almost complete at exemplar level 30 (lacking only 0.3% DEF to AoE), and actually is complete by exemplar level 33 ... at which point Aid Self can be brought to bear, vastly improving survivability. The last set bonus in the build comes online at exemplar level 36.
This build is more of a Scranktroller build than a typical buzzsaw styled pure-DPS build. Defense is of paramount importance ... and to that end, the build has multiple disabling options for dealing with hostiles to facilitate offensive mitigation. Instead of merely winning through superior damage, this build wins the day by simply being harder to kill and out enduring the (PvE) opposition.
Thunder Kick, Cobra Strike and Eagles Claw make possible "on demand" Boss Stuns. Air Superiority is a "judo throw" attack producing reliable knockdowns (which are really knockups). Dragon's Tail is the "ON THE GROUND NOW!" attack when getting dogpiled. Aid Self counters any damage which leaks through defenses (which will happen, even with softcapped Defense). Char from Blaze Mastery offers a ranged MAG 3 Hold with a longer duration (and a DoT!) than that of Petrifying Gaze from Darkness Mastery ... which is just the thing for use as an opener against Malta Sappers and other "obnoxious" Minion/LT grade opponents. Warrior's Challenge has proven itself useful in being able to gain and hold the aggro of 5 Rikti Magus simultaneously on Mothership Raids ... until the cavalry can arrive, be shocked to find that you're (still) alive and kicking, and assist with the requisite beat down.
And best of all ... this build has Leadership.
