My apologies if this is a duplicate question, but I can't confirm this via Red Tomax, or ParagonWiki. I tried MID's and it seems latter of what I typed below

Does the IO heal bonuses enhance inherent healing such as health, or only enhances healing powers. Such as those accessible via defenders/Trollers and Aid Self?

Thanks in advance

As far as I know, they only enhance powers that actually heal, leaving any regeneration unaffected. Some healing powers aren't affected by this +healing, though, such as Reconstruction because it has a +Resistance component to it.

This, it is only powers that actively put green numbers over your head that get affected. However, as mentioned, any power that also grants +Resistance of any kind will not be affected by these set bonuses. As such, they are of limited utility.

Right. Set Bonuses offer up +Enhance(Heal). The confusion arises because heal enhancements actually offer up both +Enhance(Heal) and +Enhance(Regen).
