Stone/SR Build for critique

Hello, Brute Forums! I was hoping to get some help on a build that I'm working on, and thought I'd come to you guys for help. I'm trying to get this build to soft-cap as many of the positional defense types as I can, probably with a little bit of overage so that I have some leeway in the levels of enhancements I use so that I can exemplar down a bit and still have enough Defense to cover my behind.

I would like to keep all of the powers that I have here, if possible. I'm also aware that I took Fault probably waaaaaaayyy too late in this build.

It's pretty tough to soft-cap without tough for the steadfast +def IO. If you don't mind the lower recharge bonus, below is your build re-slotted to soft-cap the defenses.

I think you can softcap all cheaper by doing the following:

Remove 2 slots from PB, with your added recharge, PB is comfortably perma on 1 IO.

Remove one slot from your melee or ranged defence toggle, and slot 5 serendipities instead of the red fortunes (leave out the end/rech). Put 2 more slots into stamina and complete the Pshifter set, and one into stone mallet, and slot that with mako's bite instead of kinetic combat.
