Ya as long as it has a chance to knock down or back or up, you can slot that proc in the power. You can't stack the effect with multiple procs, but on toons I have multiple on, the proc seems to be active nearly every mob.

You can still be /Regen, and do fine without Hasten. So, I don't see why you thinkhas to be a factor in play.

I also wouldn't call /WP and /Shield's tier 9, major crashes. Since you seem willing to put IOs into the mix, you're not likely to even notice the crash.

I'll assume you were replying to me, when I say it's the same, I mean by the fact that it is unaffected by recharge rates, meaning you don't need to take hasten to improve its performance, not that it's on the level of MoG or duration. :3

Well, if you honestly don't want Hasten, work on defenses and take Tough to soften blows a little. The higher your defenses are, the less you'll need to heal. If you take Broadsword or Katana, it's more easier to softcap your melee defense, and then you won't really need to worry too much about Hasten.

I don't see why you can't play your regeneration without hasten? If you're having fun without the need for Hasten I don't see why you NEED to take it. This is a game after all and you decide how you have fun.

As for Kinetic Melee, we know Nothing about it, except that one video, and I hope to hell they speed up those animations, or you could get Dead before you have a chance to attack.
