Request: Hamidon Mitos drop both Arcane and Tech Salvage

Simple simple request.

Right now, the Hamidon Mitos drop only Tech Salvage.
Would it really be so hard to code them to drop Arcane AND Tech Salvage?

Rikti Mothership raids yield nothing but Tech Salvage.
Hamidon raids yield nothing but Tech Salvage.

Can we at least get Hamidon adjusted to drop SOME Arcane Salvage?

If I recall correctly, there was actually a declaration a couple of issues back that this change was in effect. It either never worked or was (accidentally?) reverted. It must have been around I14-I15, because I remember thinking "huh, too bad they aren't worth that much now", which happened when the stronger AE exploits were in play.

When they changed de to drop both kinds of salvage I tested and posted that they missed the mitos. It was bugged on live and test, by myself as well as others. I created a thread on it, pmed it to the powers that be and even sported a link to it in my sig for many months as well as bumped it to keep it going.



My conclusion from all this, is it something that ought to be fixed. Is it something that they feel warrants the time it takes to put the effort into, no. I would imagine hami raiders numbers fall about in the same neighborhood as pvpers. It could take a very long time for it ever to get changed if at all because of this. They prefer to focus on fixes that focus on a larger number of the user base.
