So this is meaning that the sub can only sub for the team that recruits them?
It's not a sub. It's a replacement player. >.> At least from my understanding or else a team that needs a sub will have 5 players in their roster.
It's a permanent sub, in which case I approve. If my team with Razor doesn't work out maybe I can squeeze into this game that way.
Team 320 agrees with this standing that a replacement player may be brought in, on the agreement that the replacement remains on the team for the remainder of the ladder. Also, the player who is replaced may NOT return to his/her original team later in the Ladder once a replacement has been set.
A sub is a temporary player for one or two matches, where a replacement is permanent so the statement Kara posted works for us !

I am ok with replacements...Im sure we will hear from razor in the next day as to his account situation....I dont want to get stuck sitting around either
2 things in disagreement about on this..
1) Also, the player who is replaced may NOT return to his/her original team later in the Ladder once a replacement has been set.
- If this the case... I OUT! RL events happen and sometimes a player can miss even 2x... So from above statement if said player is back well he/she NOT back.
Prime example right now is razor... If he comes back next week he is not in the ladder anymore.
- This makes sense for a match but not ladder. Since we have to give lineups 5mins prior
I prefer each team to have one reservist. When needed is called upon by that team.

Who decides? This is done by Global not Toon. It there $10 if they wanna pull a toon over LET THEM. If they wanna pull toon back for $10 LET THEM.
Plus who cares where the toon came from!

This rule is there for one reason:
"Oh, Funk is an ***, I'll go and play for Team A", "Oh Team A is boring, can I go back to Funk's team?" In other cases, you could drop for various reasons, have a ringer join, increase standings and then have the ringer quit and you rejoin.
Again, if you need to afk from game for whatever reason, it happens. Your team can still fight 3 v 3 OR ask for a match postponement.
This rule is for those teams that are short a player and thus can't fight 4 v 4, nothing sinister or anything.

Why not let the replaced player get a 10-15 matches suspension if they decide to join back? That way it's a big risk to get someone replaced for ringing purposes. Just a thought.

Team Omega agrees with the Replacement player rules in the statement that If a replacement is needed that player is added to the team permanently and the original player is removed for the remainder of the season.
As well Team Omega in NO way endorses any type of substitutions for any reason.
I say put it to a captain vote if someone wants to rejoin due to some weird situation. Doing it on a case by case basis seems simpler to me than doing something like a blanket X amount of matches suspension.
