Where can I find the info on doing this?

Note: This is from before the addition of item mail, but that's basically the same. Just send to a global name (with @) instead of a character name, and drag the item to the appropriate area, or type a number in the Inf field.

The OP needs to be aware of this when using the email feature.

we would like to clarify that in order to keep this updated system as usable and stable as possible, items that you send to yourself will expire after 30 days and you will need to claim the items contained therein if you wish to keep them.

This is also true if global mail to other accounts bounces back and remains in your mail box. 30 days after reception of that bounce back mail, you will no longer be able to claim items associated with that mail.

I should have clarified, e-mailing influence or recipes to other heroes I have. My apologies for not being clearer.

I have no idea how it took us this long to create the article, but the wiki now has all the biggest details on the mail system.

If you have suggestions to make the article better, feel free to mention it here in this thread, in a PM to me, on the discussion page on the wiki, or by changing the article yourself.
