This is a very rough build, and I'm sure there are better builds out there, however as no-one replied here are some general tips:
1) Try to softcap to Melee/Ranged/AoE for good survivability.
2) You don't need both the Wolf Spider and the Bane Spider Upgrade. The Bane one is just fine.
3) I gave you a Ranged AoE for a change from the melee and for slotting some recharge into, though switching to the ST Blast is absolutely fine if that's your kind of thing.
4) TT:M is your best team (and great solo!) buff, so slot it well 
5) If I'm right, I think all three positional defences are capped with Cloaking Device, though I could well be wrong. Either way you'll have a hard time dying 
6) I went for recharge aswell on top of the defence, and some recovery/max HP.
7) I didn't think you'd need Wide Area Web Grenade, as it causes redraw (iirc). If you really want an AoE mob, Web Envelope from the patron would go better for the mace.

From what I've heard, the ranged Bane attacks (minus Poisonous Ray, which is awesome) are pretty lacking compared to the melee attacks. If you want a more melee focused build, here's the one I'm using and I LOVE it! You'll be a killing machine while also bringing 20% defense, 30% damage, and 15% to hit buff to everyone on your team just for being around you.

You're softcapped with suppressed cloak. No travel power, but I've found mental training + hurdle + ninja run to be more than fast enough for getting around, with an occasional jet pack if you want to do some serious vertical climbing. Taking both Bane and Wolf armor is helpful for stacking mez resist, and you'll probably want a knockback protection in each of them. I took Aid other/self at 41 and 44 because I like having a heal for when something sneaks by the softcapped defenses, but you can just as easily take web envelope/shatter armor and move some slots around out of health and tactical training: leadership to fill them out. I personally didn't feel the need for them as I have a decent attack chain without shatter and I've never really felt the need for an immobilize on this guy, but they're definitely useful skills. Or you could drop them both and work a travel power in the build if you really want to, it's pretty easy to customize to your liking!

Madamme, are you wanting to build this Bane with purples? Are you wanting to focus on recharge, or defense?
I haven't found recharge to be all that important, but defense is an absolute must! Ultimately I dropped all the spider pets to go with the fighting pool up to Weave, Aid self, Fitness to Stamina, and only Combat Jumping. Soft capped to all positions with 35%+ damage resistance to smash & lethal and a self heal.
