Although I'm going to go out and limb and ask in the most tired voice I can... Toshiba Laptop with Intel integrated graphics?

Also, this "How to Post [in the Tech Forum]" post has links to two good programs for giving the techies info about your system.
Also, while it's been awhile since it's been updated, TweakCoH can help with some issues - if you are wanting to adjust graphics settings, I'd avoid it since i17 changed that a lot, but the sound and other settings are still good, IIRC.
