PC, grrr.
Any ideas as to why my pc usage is pegged at 100% in task manager? Wifes is only 40-50%. Im guessing its why my pc keeps crashing.

If that's not the case, then post the results of these two programs:
- CoH Helper - it will show us basic computer settings and your CoH configuration.
- HijackThis - it will show us what's running on your computer concurrently with CoH. Click on "Do a system Scan and save a logfile." It will automatically open up Notepad and put the info there. Make sure Wordwrap is off in Notepad (Format > Wordwrap unchecked) before you cut and paste here.

I run the Hijack one but not sure what to do with it. When i start it, it tells me to right click and run as admin. When i right click, run as admin isnt an option. Now what?
I also dl'd the HouseCall scan and it said, No Threats found.
Video card drivers way out of date. Update them from nvidia site.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7_wi...7.45_whql.html
Once you install HJT is should put an icon on your desktop. If you right-click and it doesn't give you the option to Run as Administrator some malware may have redirected it or even deleted the executable file. Do you get the option to Run as Administrator if you right-click on the CoH Helper file?

I tried to update the card drivers from the PC site. It must not have worked because after i went to the link that you provided, the driver date has changed. Yes, CoH Helper let me use an admin option, so does the House Call DL. Only the HJT doesn't. It gives an option to use the admin rights through notepad if im not mistaken, though.

Copy the hijackthis.exe file to your desktop and rename it to something else like pikachu.exe or something that in no way resembles an anti virus type name. Then try to run that file as admin.
Also when you run hijackthis it will give you the option of running it with or without a log. Choose yes to the log and it will automatically open a notepad file with the information there. That is what you cut and paste here.
Don't count your weasels before they pop dink!

Now, why would HijackThis say Vista Service Pack 1 and the CohHelper say Service Pack 2?
Either way, make sure whatever Windows you're using is up to date by going to:
Anyway, you don't have an inordinate amount of processes running in the background, though killing the MSN Toolbar, Sidebar, and all things Macromedia/Flash related would be a good thing for a gaming computer.
The other thing to check would be the anti-virus program. It may be running real time scans on one machine and not the other.
To make sure it's not a software conflict causing the 100% CPU usage, you can try to disable all other processes from running by using this tip from the NCSoft Knowledge Base:
If you still have problems after updating Windows and your drivers, make sure that there are no other applications running in the background when you are playing. To do this under Windows 98/ME/XP, click on Start, go to Run and type in "msconfig" without the quotations marks. Go to the Services tab and check the box next to Hide all Microsoft Services. Once this is done, uncheck any Services that are left. Then, go to the Startup tab and click on Disable All and then click on Apply and then Close. You will be asked to restart your computer, and you should choose Restart. When your computer is restarted, you will receive a message that you have made changes to the way Windows starts. Click on OK, and then on OK again when the configuration tool comes up again. Then choose Exit Without Restart. |

Did you actually have to rename the hijackthis executable before it would allow you to run as admin? If so, then something is not right...

Most malware shows up in a HijackThis report. Yours is clean.
