Gladiator's Strike Proc 33%
It's legit. Well, it is for the Glad Jav proc, so I assume it is for the strike as well.

Sorry guys, I think I'm a little too old to be doing this sort of thing now. I got my answer, surprisingly. Thanks again, but I don't plan on returning.

Mids states that a gladiator's strike proc has a 33% chance to do damage when used against players and the usual 20% against critters. Which completely makes sense, since it is a PvP IO. But I haven't heard anyone ever mention this and I don't see where it mentions this in the actual game.
Just wondered if anyone else confirmed this. If it would be any better than a mako proc, and if it's unresisted just the same as one.
