Very quick way to fix Mercs
Fix the Medic. Make ME his heal and buff priority. I hate when he buffs the whole team instead of me. Make his heal work better.
The Stealth on the Spec Ops is totally USELESS. Make them have a stealth snipe or stealth attack or something.
The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.
If numbers are so much more important than a teammate who is fun to play with, forget about the game altogether and go play with a calculator instead. -Claws and Effect-
I don't think adjusting serums recharge would help it. It gives resists but not much else, so only people that use their commando to tank have a use. Just looking at the other MM's special buffs the ones with a 600 second recharge all give extra pets. The other 2 buffs are on much shorter timers.
I would rather it be a build up type power where they get 10 seconds of increased damage and to hit, with a 1 minute or so recharge.
Though I agree with the stealth strikes already mentioned and cutting the aoe CC timers in at least half, and I wouldn't mind if the web grenades became aoe on the same timer it is on now.

Give the Commando back his Gun Drone.
I had this idea the other day as a serum replacement. Turn it into a "Special Equip" power. And this power could work many ways.
One way I was thinking was just having it be a single pet buff with a modest cooldown/duration that would grant your pet fire damage with all his attacks in the form of incendiary ammo.
Another idea would be have it equip the "squad" you pick, E.G. the two spec ops, one commando, or 3 soldiers. Soldiers get incendiary rounds, spec ops get cold, commando get's toxic.
Just an idea that would help solve the heavy resistance problem along with the useless serum power.
1. Half the recharge on spec ops aoe cc powers (flashbang grenade and tear gas grenade)
2. Make the serum recharge on par with Hell on Earth/Gang War/Soul Extraction (600 sec instead of 1000)
c'mon it can't be that hard
