This is my favorite story/arc/TF in the game, but it's not popular, maybe because of the lack of special rewards (its difficulty might also factor into that lack of popularity). So I end up soloing it way too often.
Also, the inability of the signature heroes to navigate the landscape without getting stuck in a piece of bent metal or getting a foot stuck between two rocks can be depressing. "This is the best and brightest of Paragon City?"
I'd like to do this with Flagrant Fowl, a scrapper, but count on me for whatever AT the team needs at the time. But I swear, if Manticore gets stuck on the water tower again, someone is going to have to stop me from shooting him myself.
I won't be able to accompany you on your quest, I will be working. I will be with you in spirit and hope for your success!

I should be able to help out for this. I can offer a debuffer in the form of a dark defender or ill/rad troller, buffer with a fire/kin or a dark scrapper for beatdown time.

As we freeded the captured heroes Lord Recluse tried a desperate gambit and launched a suprise attack on us which was met with exuberance force. He and his minions were defeated soundly and Statesman was freed. For our valiant efforts I was awarded with my new Security level 50 id. Before continuing to free the rest of the heroes. Shortly there after we found ourselves in a pitched battle with Lord Recluse's doomday device the Jade Spider. The city was saved thanks to the combined might of the Global Response Team, Freedom Phalanx and the Vindicators. To my fellow heroes a warm thank you on a job well done.

That was a lot of fun, and it was an honor to be part of that team. Isn't that last mission a blast?
I still say it would have gone a lot smoother if we had just shot Manticore. 
Fun, indeed. It went better for the old Bee Blaster after I grabbed some purple and orange candies.
I'm glad our pal in the Vanguard heavy is in the shot, too. He seem to be much more useful against the Jade Spider than a certain couple of surviving Phalanxers were (*cough*Statesman*cough*Synapse*cough*). Lamesters.
Now Doc in defense of Statesman, He did take the killing shot which would have taken me out and would have prevented me from getting the:

Last night I failed in my gambit and was denied my epic quest for my goal of Security Level 50. Tryant esacped but we still managed to free Statesman, and even tho I maybe his pal, I was humbled in my defeat at the hand of Tryant and not rewarded with the final security level.
Due to recent events I was contacted my Mender Silos and It appears that I am destine to Free Statesman to achive my Securtiy Level 50 and in fact to do so while defeating not only Lord Recluse but his henchmen and his doomsday weapon the Jade Spider.
Through research it has been determined that the optiminal timeshift for this to occur is 20100506-2230E1930P.
If you are interested contact Global Shield tonight via com. IMPORTANT this is not a speed run. Plan on running each mission without stealthing / ghosting the TF is actual more of a story and is being completed in rp/story style.
