Yea, this happens. I personally /bug it everytime I encounter it, but it's obviously way down on the priority list.

Paper/Radio missions often get broken if they're carried across Issue lines. Nothing new here. The best part is when BOSSNAME is accompanied by crazy-level baddies, like level 50 Rularuu or something insane like that. Double plus awesome if you're on a level 6 character!
