Known issue. Values being read from the database are apparently shifted by some amount, so I believe the only things that are displaying the proper numbers are pseudopets.

I can't seem to even download this anymore 
I had it to begin with when I got my new comp. When I16 came out I tried to update it but it just wouldn't work. I had to delete my existing one and install the whole thing again.
I had to reboot my comp from scratch after I16 so Hero Mids was deleted. I lost interest in CoH after that but Demon Summoning has rekindled my love. So I thought I'd my a nice build and install Mids but it just doesn't work
I download the file from http://www.cohplanner.com/
I open file - works OK
I go Next - Agree - Install and a popup comes up:
"Error opening file for writing:
C:\Program Files\Titan Network\Mids Hero Designer\Hero Designer.exe
Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file"
So I try clicking "Retry" - no luck
I try "Ignore" - more popups keep coming up, over and over again.
Any help???

I'm guessing you're running either Windows Vista or Windows 7 for your operating system. If you're running either of those, you'll probably have to run the install as an administrator. Hold down the <SHIFT> key and right-click on the install file. A menu should come up with one of the options being "Run as Administrator" - choose that option. I believe that will get you past the write error you've been running into.

The new version seems off.
Take energy blast for blasters
power bolt unslotted is claiming 513.8 damage
power blast unslotted is claiming 842.6 damage
power burst unslotted is claiming 1089 damage
:sniper blast unslotted is claiming 1418 damage
Those are just the single target blasts, I guess the real question is are alot of powers numbers wrong like this? only a few? or did I just find a freak occurance in one set?
I haven't really went to make a build since the new version was released and this was the first set I went to use.
edit: I just noticed some of the accolades are really off too.
