Omega memorial mission no longer in city hall?

The City representative tells you to visit the Omega team memorial during the cape mission. It's stated to be further down the hall, but I got the mission at a door almost at the Perez Park entrance. Anyone else had this happen?

It is supposed to be inside.

When the new cape mission was introduced, the mission point sometimes showed up outside.
I thought it was fixed, but either it wasn't or the bug has re-appeared.

Hmm, now you mention it...the last time I did a cape mission(that was in Issue 16) the mission also spawned outside the City Hall(in Atlas Park though). I didn't give it much thought because I also hadn't read the mission text for it.

AFAIK, the mission door has never actually spawned inside City Hall. It's always been a random door outside in AP proper.
