Buying Character Slots and Re-naimes

Well I was wondering how one would go by buying a character slot, re-name, and other stuff on in game store?

It says it does not have my credit card info on file. So how would I go by putting it on file?

I looked into the FAQ and there is supposed to be some sort of action box next to my credit card number section. There appears that the action box is nonexistent.

Have you made sure that the store for those things (renames and transfers) is UP at this time? Because I recall seeing something in the game that said they weren't. Not positive.

You may want to contact NC support, since we can't really help you with your cc and such.

So after clicking on "Billing Summary" on the right (circled in Yellow) you don't have this box in the center of the screen?

But you are under billing summery?
One thing to try is cancel the recurring billing, then restarting it.

Otherwise, I guess it's off to the support site for you.

You must cancel your current billing in order to add a credit card on file.

Your card is only charged for subscription when your current subscription runs out.

Okay, I have canceled the subscription. Can someone please help me run through the re-subscribing I need to do to make sure the store has my credit card info?

Just go to your game account, and in the actions box should be something along the lines of "Subscribe".
