New email in-game system question

Truth is I don't know but I believe it will. Email to the Global name of any account should be possible. So instead of @MyGlobal I mail it to @YourGlobal it should work.
Again I have no proof however that how I took the information.
Works exactly like AE feedback system.
Player EU called @damz makes an arc
Player NA1 finishes sends comment to arc holder
Player NA also called @damz gets the feedback
Player EU called @damz gets nothing
So short answer, no

Hi guys, I haven't found a proper place to ask this, and as some of you already have accounts in both sides of the pond, I've been asked for a friend of mine if the new email in-game system allows people to transfer inf not only between characters of the same account, no matter if they are in Defiant or Union, BUT ALSO if this feature works in order to transfer it from EU to USA or vice versa. Can anybody tell me something about this? Thx in advance.
