these mag 50 fear (its a mag 50 afraid) is there that the enemies want to go out of the range of caltrops

Sooo, once again, was it always there or did they just add it? I do not remember seeing it before? But maybe I just did not notice lol?

Always was this way as far as I know. I never remember a time when enemies just stood there in caltrops. They've always fled from them.

Yep, always been there.
however, keep in mind that afraid is not fear. Some things are immune to afraid but vulnerable to fear. Fear is the one that makes you cower in place. Afraid makes you walk out of a damage patch.
