can you at least launch the game in Safe mode?
Also, what operating system are you running?

Much like the looping, self-amplifying sound loop of doom.... I believe them to be
unresolved issues leftover from the broken beta. Possibly, they were fixed in open beta near the end, but failed to make it into the live patch manifest. it's happened before :-(

Same issue on all three.
Hmm not sounding good then, Operation system is xp service pack 3. Never luanced game in safe mode before can u advise how this can be done =)

On the "User Aggreement" dialog, there should be a "Safe Mode" check box right next to the "I Agree" button.
Also, what graphics driver version are you using?
Doh easy enough, right can log into safe mode and everything seems to be ok so......is ultra mode booted up in safe mode as well or doesnt this feture work in safe mode?

Also, Ultra Mode? On Ion? Not happening. I'm not even sure Ultra-Quality water is an option on that platform.
Wasnt saying i wanted it running to be honest, but just trying to fig out why normal coh is running the way it is all i have done is turned everything in ultra mode off and is all set the way it was and now this..............
So would nice to learn why this is happening.

released on 23/07/09.
But just applying same graphic settings again in safe mode has seemed to have done the job so thx for safe mode advice.
Weird though, might see a few more people asking about same problem.

If you continue to see issues, I would recommend that you try updating your drivers.

Since i17 has been released I can no longer see anything in game other then a blur of colours. I manage to log in once and work fine in ultra mode but was very laggy so turned extra options off and turned defualt graphic settings to low. And didnt have any problems as this is how i was running before for 9 months.
But since then when I logged back in, I seem to be having teh following probems, when I get to character selection I can see names but not the character it self, and then when in game I can see chat box ect but no graphics.
Looking forward to any help I can get, by the way I have verified files and re-installed the game ect..
