1 month: $14.99*
3 months: $41.85* (equivalent to $13.95 per month)
6 months: $77.70* (equivalent to $12.95 per month)
12 months: $143.40* (equivalent to $11.95 per month)
* plus US sales tax, where applicable
This can be through a credit card or through Paypal.
